Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

  • Safety: Your safety is our top priority. All divers must follow the rules and regulations provided during the pre-dive briefing. Divers who fail to comply with these rules will not be permitted to dive.
  • Health: Divers must be in good physical health and not have any pre-existing medical conditions that may put them at risk while diving. Please consult with a medical professional if you have any concerns.
  • Dive Certification: All divers must be certified by a recognized scuba diving organization. We reserve the right to ask for proof of certification before allowing any diver to participate in our dive activities.
  • Liability Waiver: All divers must sign a liability waiver before participating in any dive activities. This waiver acknowledges the risks involved with scuba diving and releases the dive shop from any liability in case of injury or death.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled dive. See rescheduling and cancellations terms for more details.
  • Securing a reservation: to secure a reservation for courses, recreational diving, or snorkeling, minimum 50% deposit is required. Please refer to our specific rescheduling and cancellation policies for more information.
  • Weather Conditions: Dive sites are subject to change due to weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any dive activities if weather conditions are deemed unsafe.
  • Rental Equipment: Rental equipment is provided or available for an additional fee. Please take care of the equipment and return it in the same condition it was rented. Divers are responsible for any damages or loss of rental equipment.
  • Alcohol and Drugs: Alcohol and drug consumption are strictly prohibited before and during dive activities. Divers who appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to participate in any dive activities.
  • Photography and Video: Photography and video recording are permitted during dive activities, but please be respectful of other divers and the marine environment. Do not touch or disturb any marine life or coral.
  • Code of Conduct: We expect all divers to behave in a respectful and responsible manner while participating in dive activities. Any diver who engages in behavior deemed inappropriate by our staff may be asked to leave without a refund.

Reschedule and Cancellation Policies

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure you have flexibility when it comes to scheduling your dives. Please read our cancellation and rescheduling policy below

Deposit: please note that a minimum 50% deposit is required to secure your spot in the course. Once we send you the PADI e-learning course, the deposit becomes non-refundable. This is because, in the event of a cancellation, the e-learning course and certification credit remain yours to use with any other dive center in the world, with no time limitation.

Cancellation:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours prior to the start of the course: Full refund.
  • Cancellation more than 24 hours prior to the start of the course: Cancellation fee equal to 50% of the dives fee.
  • No-show or cancellation on the day of the course: Cancellation fee equal to 100% of the dives fee.
  • Cancellation due to sickness: If a guest needs to cancel their activity reservation due to illness, a refund may be available at the discretion of the company. However, to be eligible for a refund, the guest must provide proof of illness in the form of a medical doctor certificate. This certificate must be submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled start time of the activity.
Please note that any operational costs already incurred by the company will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Cancellation during a program: If a participant decides to cancel a dive during a day trip already started, there will be no partial or full refund. It’s important to ensure that you are physically fit to dive. Individuals who are prone to motion sickness should take appropriate measures to increase their comfort level well in advance of boarding the vessel.

Rescheduling:

  • Rescheduling more than 48 hours prior to the start of the course: No additional fee for 1 time rescheduling.
  • Rescheduling within 48 hours of the start of the course: Rescheduling fee equal to 25% of the course fee.
  • No-show or rescheduling on the day of the course: Rescheduling fee equal to 1 day of the dives fee.

Please note that our cancellation and rescheduling policies are in place because reserving a spot in the course prevents us from booking someone else in that spot.

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in writing (whatsapp or email).

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, equipment failure, or instructor illness. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or reschedule your course at no additional cost.

By enrolling in our PADI dive courses, you agree to the terms of this cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
