Breathing underwater: As a first-time diver, feeling the air flow via the regulator may seem unusual. To become comfortable, practice inhaling from it with your head out of the water; it will be a breeze.
Your first two dives will be 12 meters (40 feet) or shallower. The maximum depth for your two final dives is 18 meters (60 feet). You will do three open water dives in total, usually over two days.
These are the list of things that you should not do before taking scuba diving
• Never dive without a buddy.
• Never dive if you have a cold or have congested ears or nose.
• Always plan your dive and always dive what you plan.
• Check your diving equipment to ensure it is functional.
• Avoid drinking alcohol or drugs before diving.
To answer this question, Yes! you can dive as a non-swimmer, but there are limitations. You are allowed to do low intro dives with an instructor; you cannot obtain a full scuba license if you cannot swim, but you can try diving and hopefully enjoy the experience!
It’s not that difficult, but you have to get used to it, learn how to regulate it, and improve over time. Breathing on land is something we do automatically; however, breathing while diving is not as natural.
You don’t have to worry, here’s the list you need to know before your first dive
• Get certified. Before diving, take a Discovery Dive from a recognized diving service
• Prepare yourself.
• Know Your Limits…
• Stay hydrated and well-rested.

• Enjoy the lifetime experience of being underwater!
The minimum age is 10 years. There’s nothing quite like the first time you breathe underwater! It takes some time to adjust, but after a few minutes of amazed astonishment, most participants discover how simple scuba diving truly is.
Scuba diving can be scary, to people who have never attempted it. With the proper training and practice, anyone can become a competent and safe diver.
